with your credit card via our secure server. You
also have the option to complete an order form
and mail it in with your credit card information,
check or money order. If
you prefer to mail your payment or pay by
check or money order, use
the online shopping cart, print out the invoice

Packaging:
Framed
artwork comes packaged in a custom designed gift
box. A
complimentary copy of the book Visions in Verse
is included with every order of a framed art poem.
Shipping:
- When
you check out, you will have the option to select
ground, 2nd day, or next day shipping.
- Shipping is automatically calculated
at time of checkout. The cost will depend on
the weight of the shipment and the shipping
zone of the destination zip code. Your shipping
zone is based on your zip code.
- If you are in Hawaii, Canada, or outside the
US, additional shipping charges will apply.
- Orders
are shipped directly to the customer by USP
24 hours after receipt of credit card orders.
If your order is out of stock, we will advise
you and give you the option to substiute, back
order, or cancel.
Sales
tax will automatically be included on
all orders in Florida and Virginia.

Books
and art poems are unconditionally guaranteed to
meet your satisfaction or your money will be refunded
in full, less shipping and handling charges. Returns
must be in new condition without damage. Call
for return authorization at number listed above.
Our Return
Policy: You may
return your order within 45 days for a full refund
less shipping and handling. You must call 1-239-293-7695
for return authorization. Returns received without
authorization will be subject to a $10 fee that
will be subtracted from the refunded amount. When
you call and request return authorization, you
will be given a Return Authorization number that
must be written on the Return Address label located
on your packing slip. The Return Address label
is not a carrier label. You are responsible for
arranging and paying for the returned product
through your carrier of choice. All packaging
must be returned including gift-box, outside box
and all packing materials. Contents should include
framed artwork, book and literature in like-new
condition. |
