My
aunt is like a flawless gem, so valuable
and rare.
She truly has a heart of gold; with everyone
she’ll share.
So kind and giving is my aunt, she’s
never cross or cruel,
She sees the good in every soul and yet
she is no fool.
Her
share of tragedies she’s had; she’s
weathered many storms.
So cheerful is her attitude; an icy room
she warms.
By years she’s now advanced in life,
just where she’d like to hold.
Her spirit will live on and on; she never
will grow old.
From
childhood memories I recall elation and
delight.
The thought of my beloved aunt; a darkened
world turned bright.
Never thinking of herself, with joy and
love so free.
These qualities admired so; like her I wished
to be.
If
riches and prosperity are measured by how
much
Others love and care for her, so many lives
she’s touched;
My aunt indeed is richer than the wealthiest
by far.
She lights the lives that cross her path,
just like the brightest star.
The
words we wish to be expressed when days
on earth are gone,
Is how we should conduct our lives the start
of each new dawn.
My aunt can surely rest assured, her eulogy
will read,
She left a mark, because of her a better
world will be.
To
often life will pass us by, our love concealed
in prayers.
And yet we do not say the words, so those
we love can hear.
I’d like to say to you dear aunt,
I want for you to know,
You hold a special place for me; I’ll
always love you so.
